Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and profile photo, either entered directly or provided by Google when you sign in with your Google account.
• Usage data: quotes, projects, and related business records you create while using the app, associated with your business’s account (tenant).

How we use Google user data

When you choose “Sign in with Google”, we request your basic profile information (name, email address, profile photo) solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service data, and we do not use this information for advertising.

How we store and protect data

Data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL), a third-party infrastructure provider, with access controls limiting each business’s data to its own team members. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@project-manager.co.za.

Your choices

You can sign in with either a Google account or an email/password. Choosing to sign in with Google does not grant us any access beyond your basic profile information.
